DAILYWAKER is a liquid nutraceutical formulated with Aloe Vera leaf inner pulp and Wheatgrass extract.

THE BOTANICAL FORMULATION
DAILYWAKER contains two selected plant ingredients.

Aloe Vera
Aloe barbadensis — Leaf inner pulp
The inner pulp of Aloe Vera forms part of the botanical base of the liquid formulation.
Aloe Vera inner leaf pulp contains naturally occurring polysaccharides and other plant constituents.
Wheatgrass
Triticum aestivum — Leaf / Tender shoot
Wheatgrass is the young tender shoot of Triticum aestivum.
DAILYWAKER uses a selected Wheatgrass extract prepared from the tender shoot according to the formulation specification.
Wheatgrass contains naturally occurring plant compounds whose composition can vary depending on plant age, plant part, growing conditions and extraction method.
WHY THE PLANT PART MATTERS
Different parts and developmental stages of a plant can have different botanical compositions.
The inner pulp of an Aloe Vera leaf is different from the outer leaf layers and latex-containing portions of the plant.
Similarly, young Wheatgrass or tender shoots are botanically different preparations from mature wheat grain, bran, germ or wheat-germ oil.
DAILYWAKER therefore uses the specific plant parts stated in the formulation specifications.
The botanical identity, plant part, extract specification and quantity are considered together as part of the formulation approach.
This distinction is also important when interpreting scientific literature, because research conducted with one plant part or preparation should not automatically be attributed to another.

Aloe Vera — Aloe barbadensis
Human Dietary Study — Skin-Related Parameters
A human study investigated oral dietary supplementation with Aloe Vera gel in 30 healthy women over 45 years of age.
Participants received one of two Aloe Vera gel quantities for 90 days.
Researchers evaluated several skin-related parameters, including facial wrinkles, elasticity, type I procollagen and matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1).
Changes in several of the measured parameters were reported following the intervention.
The study did not include a separate placebo control group, and the authors identified this as one of the study limitations.
The preparation and quantity used in this study should therefore be understood specifically within the conditions of this research and should not be considered equivalent to DAILYWAKER.

Aloe Vera — Aloe barbadensis
Scientific Review — Pharmacology, Skin and Botanical Constituents
A scientific review examined published research concerning Aloe Vera and several of its naturally occurring constituents.
The review considered in-vitro, animal and clinical research published during the period covered by the authors and discussed areas including skin-related research, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory mechanisms, digestive-related research and other areas of botanical investigation.
The review also discusses Aloe Vera constituents such as acemannan and other polysaccharides and highlights that the nature of the scientific evidence varies considerably depending on the preparation, constituent and research model studied.

Wheatgrass — Triticum aestivum
