These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“Customer,” “User,” and PROWAKER WELLNESS INDIA (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”).
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products from this website (prowaker.in), you agree to bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. 1. PRODUCT INFORMATION
      1.1 All products listed on this website are NUTRACEUTICALS as per FSS (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals) Regulations, 2021.
      1.2 Product descriptions, images, and information are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, we do not warrant that all information is accurate, complete, or current.
      1.3 We reserve the right to modify, correct, or update product information at any time without prior information to meet current requirements 1.4 All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
   2.  FSSAI COMPLIANCE
      2.1 All products are manufactured under FSSAI Central License No. 12220032000116.
      2.2 All products have minimum 30% shelf life remaining or at least 45 days before expiry at time of delivery.
      2.3 All products comply with FSS (Labelling and Display) Regulations,2020.
      2.4 No product statements on this website exceed or conceptually differ from those on the physical product label.
   3. ORDERING & PURCHASE  : 3.1 By placing an order, you represent that:

• • You have read and understood the Disclaimer

• • You have checked product contraindications

• • You will follow usage instructions

• • You understand this is for wellness support, NOT medical treatment
    3.2 All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by PROWAKER.
    3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
    3.4 Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.

4. PAYMENT
4.1 Payment methods accepted: Cash on Delivery, Online Payment (UPI, Cards, Net Banking)
4.2 All transactions are secure and encrypted.
4.3 Payment is due at the time of order or upon delivery (if COD selected).
4.4 Failed payments will result in order cancellation.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
5.1 We ship to all addresses within India.
5.2 Delivery timeframe: 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
5.3 Shipping is handled by authorized logistics partners.
5.4 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5.5 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

Product is unopened and in original condition Product has minimum shelf life remaining Product shows manufacturing defect or damage

Opened or partially used products cannot be returned.

Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return shipping cost is borne by the customer (unless manufacturing defect).

No refund for products used as per instructions without adverse effects.

7. PRODUCT NOT FOR MEDICINAL USE
7.1 These products are supplements for wellness support, NOT medicines.
7.2 These products are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
7.3 These statements have NOT been evaluated by FDA as medical claims.
7.4 Always consult a healthcare provider before use, especially if:

you have any medical condition

You are pregnant or lactating

You are on medication

You have allergies to any ingredient

You are below 12 years of age

8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Users are prohibited from posting: Medical treatment claims suggesting disease treatment. Violation may result in account suspension if found false or misleading information about product uses.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on this website (images, text, logos, designs) is owned by PROWAKER or licensed. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any content without express written. PROWAKER® is registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of trademarks will result in legal action.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY : PROWAKER is not liable for-

• • Allergic reactions if ingredient information was reviewed

• • Improper use or storage of products

• • Damage from third-party courier services

• • Indirect or consequential damages

14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
14.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rajasthan, India.
