RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
Product is unopened and in original sealed condition
Product has minimum shelf life remaining (at least 30% or 45 days)
Product shows manufacturing defect or damage
Packaging appears tampered or damaged
Product received is different from what was ordered
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Opened or partially used products
Products with expired shelf life
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Products stored improperly
HOW TO INITIATE RETURN

• Reason for return
• Product photos (if damaged)
3. We will verify eligibility and provide return instructions
4. Ship product back (customer bears return shipping unless defective)
5. Upon receipt and verification, refund is processed
REFUND PROCESS
Refund amount: Full product price + delivery charges (if return approved)
Refund processing: 5-7 business days after we receive and verify product
Refund method: Original payment method used
Tracking: Email confirmation at each step
DAMAGE & DEFECTS
If product arrives damaged:
1. Do NOT open the package
2. Contact us immediately with photos
3. Return product in original condition
4. Full refund or replacement offered
